Lacto-Fermented Dill Pickles
Make your own dill pickles the traditional way via lacto-fermentation. Up until modern times cultures across Europe lacto-fermented vegetables for storage and nutrition. Fermenting vegetables creates a gut healing and soothing health food. Eating fermented foods made at home are much cheaper than buying probiotic supplements at the health food store! Your homemade dill pickles will be a much healthier option than commercial store-bought products which will contain deleterious preservatives, "flavors", and food dyes. Complacency is poison, but a return to traditionalism is the antidote.
